Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Items damaged during use or due to customer mishandling are not eligible
- Custom/made-to-order products are not eligible for return
2. How to Raise a Return
- Email us at info@poufsandmore.com with your order number and reason
- Attach photos of the product and packaging
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank account)
- Razorpay processing fees (if any) may be deducted
4. Damaged / Wrong Item
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are packed/dispatched
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — please use the return process
- Prepaid order cancellations will be fully refunded
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom / made-to-order furniture
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items returned without original packaging
