We deliver across India. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeline

These are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or festivals.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number, email, or phone number.

5. Delivery Partners

We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart depending on your location.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times. After that, the package returns to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at info@poufsandmore.com with photos.
